Recovering from Hip Replacement Surgery

Bret Williams is an active guy.  He's been an avid runner, and when he's not running, he likes to hunt and fish.  His formal exercise routines include a cardio core workout program and cage fitness sessions a couple of nights a week.  But when he started feeling pain in his hip, it was running that he suspected as the cause.
